I AM LOOKING TO BOOK YOUR COMPANY FOR AN EVENT. HOW SOON SHOULD I BE IN CONTACT WITH YOU?
AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! With the current demand for rides and food companies in PA we are currently recommending a year to 18 months in advance. Since we plan our routes far in advance and fill as many dates as possible the sooner you reach out the better.
DO YOU CATER TO PRIVATE EVENTS?
Yes. Again, you need to reach out to us ASAP! Keep in mind there is no baseline price as each person has different needs. If you do book rides, food, or games for a private event we do these as guarantee based off your needs, time required, and other costs. When you reach out please note we will need to know the date, what you are looking for, time frame of event, and if you are working with a budget what that budget might be.
WHAT ARE YOUR COVID SAFETY PROCEDURES?
We Sanitize all rides before opening, during operation, and at close every day. In addition, our food stands have increased sanitation of commonly touched surfaces (such as condiments). You will also find Hand Sanitize stations throughout our setup. Employees also have masks on hand for patrons who require our staff to wear face masks when interacting with staff. In addition, we do temperature and symptom checks with our staff.
DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS?
YES! We use Square to accept cards for our ticket booth, food stands, and some games. Note some events we may not be able to process cards due to signal loss. If there is also no ATM some of our stands can also do cash advances.
HOW MUCH ARE RIDE TICKETS AND WRISTBANDS?
This answer varies from event to event. Please check our Facebook page to find pricing for the event your are inquiring about. We do our best to make multiple posts for events and all information is included in the posts.
DO YOU PRE-SALE TICKETS OR WRISTBANDS?
NO!!! We will never offer pre-purchase for ride tickets or wristbands for any of our carnivals. If you see a comment or get a message offering, please report immediately. Additionally, Huey's is a BUSINESS PAGE on Facebook and therefore will never send you a Friend Request.
